The only requirements to become a member are that you must not be a French citizen and that you are not permanently living in France.

Being a member in the U.G.C. is a flexible way to play golf wherever you like at a low yearly cost, even in your own country. Golfers from the following countries have joined us as members: Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Sweden, Belgium, Italy, Germany, Great Britain, and the United States.
